Encompasses going public, active tending of the development of quotations, ad hoc publicity, relations of the CFO with financial analysts and of the CEO with business journalists, reporting routines (annual report, semi-annual report, letter to shareholders, investors' website, financial media briefing, conferences for financial analysts, and road shows).

 

Issues management- The identification of potential conflict of corporate behavior by means of systematic monitoring of media and public opinion, and the development of an early warning system. Issues management enables companies to be prepared well in advance whenever public opinion develops in a way that may conflict with the company's interests.
